Brayden started playing hockey in Burlington in the Timbits hockey program. He went on to make the AAA minor novice Halton Hurricanes, where he played 4 years winning a OMHA Championship. He left Halton in his minor peewee year and played AAA for the Hamilton Bulldogs. After one year with the Hamilton Bulldogs, he went down and played 3 years with his home town Flamborough Sabres untill minor midget where he played for the Cambridge Hawks. In his minor midget year he was drafted to the Belleville Bulls in the 15th round (their 13th pick). His Midget year he played for Cambridge again. This year he first signed with the Bowmanville Eagles Jr A and is now with the Kitchener Dutchmen.
